What sorts of skills will young students learn at Moxy B Studio?

Young actors

– Learn to speak and sing loudly, to project their voices to an audience.

– Learn to be confident in front of groups.

– Help to construct/paint/assemble basic stage sets as they are able to.

– Assist in finding/making costumes appropriate to the show they are working on.

– Learn team building skills by working on scenes, dancing in groups, singing in harmony, and rehearsing lines together.

– Are encouraged to share ideas about how to make their costumes, ask questions about acting, and to contribute to making the production a success.

– May receive extra singing or lines practice as needed in order to develop skills and build on their strengths.

Parents are constantly kept involved with information about costume creation, rehearsals and practices, and dates for full public performances.
